Meeting up with a stranger...

I have been talking to this person for quite sometime now and yes he's claiming that he is a Chinese businessman who migrated to Brunei for family reason. Every time he go to other country for leisure, to collect antiques and for business trip, he always send me photos and cool things to show off to me so then after few months of friendship, having good conversation,we then finally agreed to meet on a trip in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, aside from having a good vacation,island hopping, visiting crocodile farm and all, I was so excited to finally meet him. At first, we were texting when he landed at NAIA ( Ninoy Aquino International Airport ) - he was asking me where to buy sim card in NAIA and suddenly after few hours I have not received any text messages from him until the following day stating that he fell asleep at the bench and that suddenly someone took his bag and cellphone that's why he can't message me at all. Before I knew what was happened to him, I was really really mad at him because I've been waiting for him to fetch him up at the airport to go on our Underground River trip in Palawan. But since he texted me, I forgave him right away and felt pity for him because of what happened, so I rebook our trip and permit, paid another set of package for us to go on the same trip however, he no longer showed up, nor text me what's going on. The last time we spoke is that his flight is at 8:30am from Manila to Puerto Princesa via Zest and that he is already at the immigration to get a letter since he lost his id's and other important documents. The problem is that, why he never showed up and not being blunt/ straight forward that he is not going to meet me at the airport in Palawan, rather that allowing me to spend lots of money for the trip that I failed to attend to because I was waiting for him to come , thinking that he was my guest and I should only go for a trip with him though my other friends already telling me and forcing me to go with them that day. I was so pissed off! If someone knew Fairie Hairie or Mohd Hairie Rahman , darn tell me where can I find him. I feel insulted and betrayed by him, i thought that he is a good friend of mine but I was completely wrong. Next time, don't trust any person at all because even your closest friend will betray you. I learned that, trusting to someone is easy but on the other hand, the person that want your trust- should earn it as well. Then suddenly up until now, he already blocked me and I can no longer contact him with his Brunei sim, Indonesian sim, Malaysian sim and Bangkok sim. What do you think, is he telling me the truth or he is totally playing games with me? My lotters, please enlighten me because I swear, if I see him one day I really can't forgive him at all.
