Even thow I dont use the stuff.. but if it was sold and taxed, maybe it would help with this countrys debts. although the goverment would find a way to spend it also..

it can't be, federal law is now, local law cannot not override federal, onlytighten rules not loosen. Thats why here in CA, if you get a medical license a federal authority will arrest you but a local cop will let you go, weird. The only reason it is like that is because the federal law was passed after CA's
