I was in Singapore in the 1970's. I loved it. Took the Chinese junk tour about the Island. It was the cleanest city I have have seen in all my world travels. My one souvenir is a gold lion charm, the city's symbol. Little did I know then that the lion would become the emblem of my favorite soccer team. My hat's off to Singapore.
