How do i bypass firewall (downloading)?

hello, i need help on how to bypass my college's firewall (network-box.com). the thing is this, my college's isp restricted us from downloading more than 2mb. sometimes my work needs me to download more than that amount. i tried vtunnel.com, shysurfer.com etc2.. it can do surfing, but not downloading. i know there is a way like tunnelling(http-tunnel, hopster and your freedom are blocked as they already know about this). i tried proxifier and tunnel me. but i couldt work it out. can anybody help me on this? not particularly on proxifier or tunnel me.. but how do i download more than my college's isp restriction. thanks!
