Multi Level Marketing - Good or Bad?

I've seen lot of people scared of Multi Level Marketing (MLM), but ironically I can see a number of MLM companies on the rise. (Some of them are not even MLM, they are just ponzi schemes.)
What do you personally opine, is it good or bad?

It's our own choice whether we join or not, after all we all have freedom.
But in many cases, we still have to take risk or let others be rich and we are still as skeptic as before... It's our own choice. :)

well MLM business are always risky because you dont know when they will close down, i have seen many MLM marketing sites online and with many scheams only those person will definately benifit who can invest in them as soon as you know that the business has come and yes be the fast person to be out , if u wait for long time then your amount is gone
