How to earn money on mylot?

I know what to do for that like talk part in conversation etc but where the money or the point which will converted into money? I can't find on my dashboard & what is minimum payout & in which way by Paypal?

Mylot ended its earning program in May. There is still some way to make money, just not directly from Mylot. If you want , you can use your affiliate or referral links here, but there are some rules you must follow first such as
*no spamming the same site over and over
* no directing members to scams
* the site you link to must be relevant to the topic
* you must provide a detailed review of the site to which you are linking us
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

@gigabyteservice Those articles are outdated. Like cupkitties said, Mylot stopped paying in May.
