I have been traveling quite a bit to some countries, and being able to converse in the local native language will be an advantage. If you want to become conversationally proficient in one language, where will you go to do it? and if you want to do it within... say... 3 months, where will you go to do it?

If you have no knowledge of the language at all, I think a training school provide basic language skills will be the first thing to do it. And then you go to the country speaks the language and communicate with the locals all day. If you hire a private teacher for accompanying will be the best.
