I liked it that Janey1966 sent me a message and it is making me very upset that I can't reply to it. My Lot says she isn't accepting any new messages. What do you think I can do to message her? Thanks

If she sent you a message, it means her account is operative, then it is strange to hear that she is unable to receive your message. May be the response given by our dear friend cupkitties helps you.
