We do, I make the kids roll the snow. Then I lift the big snow ball on top on each other.

Snowmen - Snowmen
A snowman can be constructed by rolling a large ball of snow for its body. A second (and often a third), smaller ball is placed on top, as its head. Facial features, such as eyes and a mouth, are added using coal, small stones, or buttons. A nose may be added, using a piece of fruit or a vegetable, such as a carrot; sticks are sometimes added as arms. Snowmen are often depicted with a pipe and a hat. In the United Kingdom, snowmen commonly are built with two balls of snow, whereas in the United States the 'three-ball method,' as shown in the photograph on the right is much more popular. In Lithuania, a snowman is called "a man without brains." As a sign of protest against their government, in the winter of 2005, Lithuanians made 141 snowmen near their parliament—one for each member of Parliament. Japanese snowmen, or snow daruma (??, ???), usually consist of two, instead of three, snowballs. Twigs are used for arms, pieces of charcoal are used for facial features, and a bucket is used for a hat.

not usually, our yard isn't big enough to make one (not enough area to roll the large bottom for the snowman)

I love getting out in the snow and making things with the kids and having snowball fights, making snow angels, and making a snowman, snowdog, snowbunny, we try to make a few animals out of the snow each year it is so much fun and some people don't have time orr they say its to cold but I think everyone should take the time to build atleast one snowman a year no matter where its at because its builds memories of a lifetime who wouldn't want to remember romping in the snow and enjoy it..make it a family tradition.

It has been years since I have made a snowman. I am getting older and do not handle the cold as well. But I really enjoy watching my grandchildren build a snowmam It brings back alot of memories.
