Which Sony Xperia phone you like the most?

I have an M4 Aqua and I like the design and spec of the phone. Even more so the battery life of this little bugger. The model that I was wanting to have was the Z1-3 Compact models but their just too expensive for me. M4 has all the things I need and is within my budget. No regrets getting this model.
