Is regular exercising a distant reality?

Trin Trinn Trinnn… It’s 5 in the morning, you put off the alarm quickly and are all geared up for a determined start to an altogether different exercise regime which will not finish in only few days but will continue for days and weeks and months and years… there would be no lazy attitude that you would show at the very name of getting up early and exercising.. Yesss you told yourself last night, enough is enough, it’s high time to think about the wellbeing of your body which is helping you do any and everything in this world. You rush to pick up an exercise mat that you bought last evening from a fitness centre and start with some Yoga aasan at home followed by a jog outdoors. It felt refreshing and you are glad with a good start of the fitness routine. Indeed you are proud of yourself. You are living life the way one should! We all have experienced this and would agree how difficult it becomes to exercise REGULARLY! We start will zeal and commitment but somehow due to one reason or another are unable to go on with it. At the first point, it becomes a task altogether to get started with an exercise schedule... If the take-off was smooth, we opt for a quick landing! The schedule comes to an end very soon, though we would have a practical reason for not being able to continue with it… But at the end of the day regular exercising is no less than an IMPOSSIBLE DREAM for most of us! Health experts keep suggesting tips to exercising and enjoying its benefits, both long term and short term. But how do we continue doing it on a regular basis? May be, as some say, we need to be soft and easy on ourselves. We need to be enjoying what we do and do not consider it a TASK to be ACCOMPLISHED. Why can’t we start with an achievable target and not feel burdened with exercising..?? Plus if we couldn’t exercise for a couple of days, why does it take so much energy to restart with the routine the third day or may be the next week in some cases..?? Why we have to feel let down for not having been able to follow a certain diet regime along with a regular exercise? After all we are not robots who will stick to the programming done. A little here and there can always happen. We need a break and when it comes to exercising, most of us need breaks a little too often. Then we need another spark to restart but mind you, we will start with the same energy levels! A constant challenge for taking up exercise regularly is to keep yourself motivated. It becomes difficult to stay in the same spirit and so following a regular schedule for exercising becomes a distant reality. We need to focus our efforts on making exercise interesting, a fun thing to do, making it pleasant, may be this will work for us the next time. Probably we would be of the idea that we do exercise regularly allowing some breaks in between and then begin another new round all over again.

Actually all the yoga and medication to be done with vacant stomach. That is why its preferable to follow early in the morning. Regular basis exercise is a necessity to live a healthy life.

Regular exercise will only reduce your weight & keep your fit & active. In starting of the day you feel that your legs are paining & you won't able to do more exercise. But don't give up, try to do it on a regular basis & you will feel the result. Thanks,
