I don't mean gigantic beach balls that are obviously fake - I mean, what if a women simply wasnted to feel more attractive due to dramatic weight loss, nursing or simply self esteem? What about other womens views?

Most men that I know like them no matter what, I am sure it won't have any affect on men, in fact my friend has them and she gets lots of attention. Men seem to like them.

I think that any woman considering altering her body needs to assess her reasons. She should do it for herself and no one else. She should also determine if there are other less evasive things she could do instead.

I think it depends on how fake they look. If you meet a woman and find out she has implants, won't you always wonder what she looked like without them? The vast majority of implant surgeries are cosmetic, not reconstructive. You do what you feel you must, but many times the problem is not with one's chest, but with one's mental body image.

I doubt it ..men invented them and they are the ones who make a female feel less than if she doesn't have super model size ones..
