I made the space just the color blue because it is calming. There are bills that I can't pay, things that I need to buy that I can't, people lying to me this past week. Today the football game was on TV which I was watching

Much can be accomplished when you are calm.
And when you're calm, you can often think clearer and make better choices as a result.
