There will be hardly any person who easily accepts that he does not understand even easy things.Most of the people do not understand English language but if some is speaking they nod their heads in such a way as if they are unfderstanding every word.Even at this after that man's departure they criticise him by saying that he was making a show of his knowledge in Engish. They say that they know how to speak English better than others but they do not make a show of their knowledge in English.
