How many of YOU have an ipod or MP3 player?

I would like to know if you have one of these plus give us an insight as to how much music you have on it and what kind you listen to the most?
I have an MP3 player and it is only small 128mb but i can fit at least 30 music tracks on it which mainly consist of new metal and unusual mixed tracks my favorite is the DMX and ice Cube remix of eye of the tiger its wicked:)

I have a 30gb iPod, which I got for free through freeipods.com. It is only about half full, because it is so big that I don't have enough hours of music to fill it. The music that I have on it would play for four days straight, and there is still so much room! I love that about my iPod: the storage capacity is so huge, it is really useful to be able to have all of your music in your pocket at all times. I like to make playlists for it that I can play while I work, or while I am exercising. I mostly listen to hip-hop on it, but I also love indie rock, and have recently been getting more interested in podcasts and audiobooks as well.

well i thank you wandale for your very though out and iformative responce:p I like the idea of being able to play it for four days straight and still have room for more lol i think i know about podcasts is that where you can download parts of radio interviews and things yeh??? also what is this audiobooks are they just like books for the ipod:p thanks very much for the post hope you have a very nice day

I wish I had one. I've wanted either one for awhile but haven't gotten one yet. I guess I need to break down and get one.

I have a 30g iPod, it's got just over 2000 songs at the moment, it has music ranging from The Beatles to Madonna, and a bit of Metallica (courtesy of my boyfriend).
I have it connected to my PC at work and just leave it on shuffle

I have an Ipod ang I share it with my brother. That's why it has loads of songs from different genres...my bro likes rock, alternative rock and reggae while i download songs that are in the pop, bossa nova types. We also have christmas songs in the list now :-)

I have an I-POD. Ilove it. I'm just sad that it doesn't work right now. Hopefully it will be up and running soon. It has 4gb of space which means it will hold about 1000 songs. If your a big music person than this may not be enough space for you. U should get somthing wuth a little more space.

I don't have one, but my daughter has an iPod shuffle. She loves it. She can put literally hundreds of songs on it at once, but she usually only does about 10-12 at a time and then changes them out every day.

I have a 30 gig photo iPod. I think I have about 10 gigs of music on there, so far. It's mostly new wave/alternative 80s.
