how many cups of tea do you take per day?

I drink both coffee and tea, deciding between on a whim. As an average, I would guess at about four cups of each per day.
My mugs also hold about 1/2 a litre or approx 1 pint, although I just use the normal measures of coffee/sugar/tea
No wonder it takes me a while to get to sleep!

I am a tea totaler all the way. I drink 8-10 cups a day. I am never without a cup no matter where I am. If I go out, I either take a hot cup in a travel mug or take ice tea. My Grandmother was English and we had tea everyday at 4 and I got so use to drinking it, I do it all the time now.
