I have heard from every mouth, "My heart is weak." Today I want to remove this wrong notion of the common people. Our heart works continuously since our birth to death without stopping. The strongest muscle is that required to work all day without tiring and failure. The muscle of heart outperforms any mechanical device conceived or constructed by man.The muscle that is proven front-runner as the strongest muscle in human body is the heart. Do we know? That the heart begins its work approximately 21 days after conception. It is a single cell pump.Heart beats 72 times in a minute in young persons.Beatings on an average day 115,000times, about 200 gallons of blood is pumped into arteries and veins travelling an unprecedented 12000 miles a day while overcoming gravity to provide nutrients to every organ , muscle , nerve and tissue. It is unique among all muscles.Life ends when heart ceases beating. Can there be any doubt the heart is the strongest muscle in human body?
