Healthy snack recipes for toddlers

As every mother, I used to think and dig more in the net to get any yummy recipe for my kiddo. Here is one which i tried and been successful in making my son eating it...and i guess, getting benefited too:) Ground nut ladoo ---------------------- Ingredients: Ground nut- 300gm Jaggery 200 gm Method: Roast ground nut Peel of the skin after cooling it (else u might be burned!) Take a mixer and grind the roasted, peeled off ground nut and jaggery together (obviously don't try grinding big rock size jaggery:) ) Dont make it a smooth powder, as kids always love to munch and crunch... make it crunchy Just like that make small balls with hands...round it using palm and the delicious laddoo is ready for your naughty Health Benefits ------------------- Protein rich snack
