Beef

Do you eat beef products? If so, what is your favorite? I do eat beef, though not as often as I'd like. I need the iron, so I probably need to incorporate more beef into my diet. Right now, I could go for a really thick burger. I really like mushroom/swiss burgers.

Thank you for the response. I eat beef and chicken, but have never tried mutton. What is it like?

I don't eat a lot of meat. I prefer shrimp and chicken. Sometimes I do get a craving for a nice burger and cheese and mushrooms, or a thick steak. But, will only eat it if it is bbq'd.

first came to my mind are corned beef and beef stew. we seldom eat food w/ beef on it coz it's not cheap
