How do we manage stress?

Do you know that the way we work and concentrate in today's work focussing on quality and performance which i believe causes stress which is growing within us day by day. Can we have some good suggestions on how to reduce stress caused by work especially working in the nights.

First things first.. One cannot be stressed if they don't want to be :) It's a very simple but profound statement and if you can understand what it means really.. then you shouldn't need any further advice. Other stuff one can do to manage stress: Leave work AT WORK. Exercise regularly and daily. Have friends and meet with them often. Sleep well.. Journaling your thoughts on a regular basis helps a lot! If one is willing to try all these options.. and is still stressed.. well, get in touch with me :) and we'll work on your stress :) Hope this helps :P

Do Pranayama, Yogic exercises. Take one thing at a time. Have your priorities right and devote time accordingly. Get adequate sleep. Have friends and laugh a lot.
