I keep getting 'time out occurred, keep refreshing'

My pages get frozen with the message 'time out occurred, keep refreshing' Is it my server or something at myLot that causes this. I donot get this problem anywhere else.
Please help.

It's 2016 already and this annoying problem is still occurring. It took me 14 attempts before I get to post this message, thanks to this annoying error. Mylot should stop using flash. Flash is a pain in the behind to people with slow internet connection.

I haven't see this one yet. Could it be your ISP is messing up? It also could just be a bug MyLot has yet to work out.
