Almost all of us believe in karma, because when karma strike's sometimes it can hurt you multiple times than you hurt someone else's feeling, that is why most of the people nowadays show's respect on each other so that they will not experience bad situations or bad karma's.. if you do good to other people you'll get good karma which is better.

There are two ways of looking at it. One is to wish 'karma' for those who have hurt us and the other just watch when it happens. I believe in the latter.

@tech40 No, all don't believe in Karma. If all do, then there wouldn't have been evil things going on in our planet.

I think I do, but not sure friend as I see many evil in life that seem to have good luck when they deserve bad and the opposite of that, the good people get all the bad happening. It is hard to say. One would hope that karma will deal with the evil ones.

All you wrote are correct. Yes, many people deserving bad gets good in life. But since I believe in Karma, I just know that they are going to pay sometime in future.

As a practicing Wiccan we live by the ThreeFold Law, in that whatever we send out into the world returns to us three fold, or three times in strength. That's Karma!

Absolutely! Even in terms of non-spiritual perspective, if you return anger with anger, hurtful deeds with hurtful deeds, it only continues the cycle of violence and hate. If you are the first to try to find empathy for the other who has done ill against you, it makes you the peace maker and has the potential to transform the other person to do the same. Also with good deeds, I see all the time, even small acts of kindness return to you. I kind of like the pagan based sayings, "harm none, do what you will" and "good or bad deeds will return to you three fold". I think it is a good philosophy for life. Besides, "anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die". I think bad things happened to good people, but then maybe Karma pays you back with good luck with other matters in your life. At the very least, it can be a very positive perspective, so if something bad does happened, you look forward to opening a new door.

I haven't experienced Karma, nor have I seen it in direct action. However, I think it would be a bleak world where what goes around doesn't come around. After all, its the thought of bad things happening to us in return that makes us refrain from harming other people.

I heard about the three fold rule yesterday itself. The basic of every religion is after all the same God.

Sure do. I wasn't always the good lil angel you see today and I've been given my fair share of well deserved karma. I know somebody else who is getting their share of it for bad things they did to me. I'd be much happier if it wasn't for the fact that there are innocent people who have to suffer indirectly because of his wrong doings. Revenge is not always sweet, neither is karma.

Sure..but in my beliefs, the name is not karma. More like, what you get is what you have done. The more you good, the more you get goodness. The more you evil, the more misery you get. So, I try to be nice cause it will come back to me somehow

The concept of Karma is prominent in Chinese culture. Although I am open minded with the things that can not be yet scientifically proven, I really wish that Karma exists. Bad deeds done will be repaid with bad effects in future - I think that is the justice that every right minded people wants to see.
