Our new home is a great place

My husband and I used to live on an island. Two months ago we moved to another part of the country. Our old house was a semi-detached house, and the neighbours were driving us crazy. They are very noisy and they constantly scream at eachother. They also play very loud music. We have talked to them several times and that didn't change the situation.
After 4 years of noise of we finally decided to find another place to live. Our new home is located in small town. We have met the new neighbours. They are older than us, but they are very friendly. It seems to be a very nice neighbourhood, and we are very happy that we moved here.

Congrats on your new surroundings. It is important that we have good neighbours. Hope you will get along well with them. "Distance lends enchantment to the view" however, is what you should remember

Thanks. Yes, good neighbours are important. Our new neighbours seem very friendly and talkative Most of them have lived in the same area for many years.

Good thing you move into a peaceful place with nice neighbors.

We have been in the new area for two months and we are already much happier here. It was the right decision to move away from the noisy neighbours.

@Porcospino good to know that, it is a lot happier to live in a peaceful place, I too move into aa better apartment with friendly neighbors, I'm on my 7th month now and I'm happy too.

It was very nice to move away from that area. Our new neighbourhood is much better
