It is Saturday evening in the Philippines now and I just want to share to you all that this morning I went to some place where we do have our 1 thousand square meters lot. It was acquired by my late father and it is not yet a titled land. We decided to visit because I have plan to survey to apply for a land title. I want to build a small house or shall I say a hut, enough for us to stay momentarily. I just want to own where I can call it mine :) I want to experience living in a roof as a fruit of my labor. I think it is a nice idea. I am so excited and anticipating things to happen. I know it is not easy but I would like to ask this blessing from God.

1000 m2 is a good size for a house and you will have enough room for a garden on it. I wish you to be soon under your roof on your land

@missjahn Yes, it is an important decision, but you are in a better position than many as you will not have to buy the land

@topffer it is already ours but it is not untitled yet. I need to resurvey it and have it titled before putting up a hut hehe
