Are you a night owl Myself I’ve always loved being up well gone midnight. I remember when I was in my teens I would stay up, no computers in my days. I would be listen to music until I fell asleep. I worked a night shift for over 20 years because it suited me more so than working a day job. In my last relationship I changed and went to bed when my partner did. Are you a night owl or like to go to bed early?

I go to bed early, but since I arise at 3 or so most days and spend around 5 hours online, I could technically be considered a 'night owl' as well...or maybe an 'early morning owl'

It's hard for me to go to sleep, so I find myself wide awake at night quite a lot. hope I can change it but...that's the case for now

Absolutely! I always have. My mom always told me that, as a baby, I'd pull my hair out to keep from going to sleep once they put me in my crib. Even today I never go to bed before 1 AM, even if I have to get up and go to work in the morning.

Definitely a night owl. The only time I go to bed before midnight is if - like last night - I don't feel well. More often than not it's 2.00 am or later. I find I can concentrate on things more when the house is completely quiet.

@kevin1877uk I am one of those who strictly follow the saying early to bed and early to rise. I really can't be awake past 10 p.m. If I do I suffer the consequences.. I love those 7 hours of sleep. I get a severe headache.

Usually I go to sleep around 10 pm. I get up early in the morning, therefore, I prefer going to be bed in time. However during weekends, sometimes I wake up till mid night, yet I do not consider myself as a night owl.

I am indeed. I go to bed around 6-7 a.m. and wake up about 3-4 p.m. It just feels right. When I try to sleep like everyone else, I feel.....weird. But my doctor told me I can sleep whenever I want. So that means I'm doing the right thing.

I used to be a night owl when I was younger; just like you, I used to stay up late and listen to music mainly on the radio, since there was no web in that period. Anyway, I changed my habits throughout the years, so I generally go to bed at midnight. There are weekend nights in which I stay up till after 2 am, but obviously when I wake up the next day I still feel tired even after 7 or 8 hours of sleep, so I try not to repeat that experience very often.
