@rosekiss Well it sure would be nice to ask myLot if we could have some music to play here while we type..I know sometimes it is so quiet i fall asleep too..hahah..or someone to reach through the computer and slap us awake..hahah..wouldn't that be scary?

@rosekiss For some reason today seems kind of weird here on the lot. It is not active and jumping, it is too quiet, lonely, slow and cold. Hmmmm

@howard96h well ok..we will fix that..do 10 jumping jacks for being active and jumping...I will speak louder when i talk to you OK??..I will come over and keep you company so you won't be alone..also to keep you warm and i will be be fast about it!

@GardenGerty I wash and cook it in the microwave as I find it hard to peel. Then peel off skin and dice into chunks and add, onions, cucumber, avocado pear, sweet peppers - any veggies on hand. Then I tossed in some raisins before adding mayo. I sometimes add a sweet chutney to the mayo - like mango chutney. I do not add salt because I am hypertensive. It is our season for avocado pear so sometimes I make a salad just using chunks of pear as it is cheap this time of the year. About 50 cents for a large one. I do have pear on our farm but too busy to reach!

@Rosekitty Well, guess what. I did go and the food truck was open for the sausage and peppers. I got a bunch for everyone in the house for dinner. Nice!!! I will be eating that for dinner.
