I upgrade my phone a few weeks ago, I got a text messages a few days ago saying I went over my data useage I am paying for. That it would be $30 then I literally did nothing just because I didn't want to pay anymore. I get another text message saying I went over $50 then $60. I emailed the company, and they said you went over 3.6 GB for the month. I have had the same contract for 6 years, and never went close to being going over. Yet, now in 2 weeks I went over plus was charged an additional $60. They just keep trying to put me in circles, so I am going to keep complaining repeatedly. They said we will take the $60 off, if you sign up for an additional $20 charge on your bill. NO! I have never gone over so why did I go over now plus an additional $60 that doesn't make sense.

That is crazy, I would not pay either. Don't have unlimited plans where you live?

Most of the plans you need to pay this or that for unlimited. But no you basically pay everything. But for example its $20 a month for my 3 GB which I have never gone over in 6 years, then suddenly I do - that makes no sense. My total bill a month every month is $102 for the basics.

@ricki_911 do they charge a flat monthly price for the unlimited plan?

@howard96h Mine is $65 then the extra I have included for what I need which equals to $85 or something than tax. But my bill after tax has been between $95 - $102 for the past 6 years no more, and no less. Suddenly $60 more that makes no sense.
