Do you do regular exercise and if so what is the best for all round fitness.

Yes, and I'm getting more and more regular on my exerscising. Playing basketball, lifting weights, running around the block.

Yes. I try to do a mix of isometrics, cardio and weight training, tho I hate the weight stuff so often forget to do it. lol I really need a mix of fitness options for total fitness, but everyone is different. I do ttapp, taebo, run, swim, free weights and serious gardening, but not in the same day or even the same month. :)

I try to get out and walk. I also do pilates, weights and yoga type exercises at home...
