I'm almost in my 30's. They say that it's harder to get in shape at this age bracket. I want to start going to the gym and getting fit, but I'm not sure if it would be worth the time and the effort to do so.
I know, maybe I'm just making an excuse for myself, but I need to know... is it really true? Is it really harder for a person of my age to get in shape?

I'm in my 30s. I've lost weight over the past couple of years, and I started going to the gym after I'd lost 3.5 stone. I still have saggy bits but I can tell the difference when I've been to the gym/swimming regularly as I am more toned, also fitter and less tired. I think teens/20s are probably when it's easiest but you can do it later too, it might just be a little more effort.
