When I was married, I wanted to be single. Then when I was single, I wanted to be married. Now I am alone and loving it!!!

Both have its own advantage and disadvantages. Being a single we are not committed to any one and have lot of freedom. But having a loved person in life is something different. On the other hand, when there is issues in between partners, one may think like, being single was good. All are part of life and we have to tackle.

@else34 Yes. that is true. Ultimately that is the main point. Happiness is what we need.

@barood4money Absolutely right,barood4money.We all keep seeking happiness and either remain single or get married in the process. We never know that happiness is not in remaining single or getting married. It depends on how we live.

I think both have their advantages and disadvantages. It would be nice to have the freedom sometimes, but I do love having a family who loves me back.

I have been married for almost 25 years,.. I have never felt that way. I believe once you have made a commitment there is not turning back. I never do.

I know there is no way to turn back when you are commited to someone.

@else34 In that sense there is nothing to turn back.. Instead we have to start with new things.

But what if one day you come to discover your commitment was wrong?I think, you always have the right to break if you find yourself in a bad relationship.

Being committed to someone...why...because when you have a problem you have a shoulder to cry on...when your down you have someone to lean..being married is very challenging rule but if you love it you will enjoy it..

Yes, if you are committed, then you have to maintain some rules. And there adjustment is main thing.

Neither is more beneficial than the other. I am single and would give almost anything to get married. I love being single but that does not mean that I do not want to have someone to whom I am committed so deeply. I actually look forward to that! Being single i am able to move freely and do things I love, like and just crazy about. Cant speak to the marriage part but am sure looking forward to it.. coming together to make one.. oh God is just awesome. I will have no problems thinking of the other person because that the type of person I am... I put others first. Being single is great because as a child of God I can available to do the things God wants me to do and I can do things I like - writing books and poetry, working with young people, watching my movies, singing praise and worship as loudly as I wish (no one to tell me "be quieter pls!"). Being single allows you to develop and get to know the real you so that when the other one comes along you should not be self centred that you cannot think about the other person's needs but learn as you mature to put others first. God bless!

Personally speaking, being love in someone is a challenging thing that you have to deal with the problems between us.when we have different point about one thing, you have to learn about humility. When one of us have got something tough ,we should understand his situation. So sometime when I have a relationship with someone,I would want to be stay alone.
