There really are some great old discussions. The only problem is that with the reworked earnings algorithm, we don't earn for our activity but the interaction they inspire from the other community members.
I guess sticking to discussions by currently active members might be a good idea, since they might get the notifications about the activity and take the time to interact with it.

i have not seen anything that spells out how the earnings algorithm works here. Where did you get it?

@allknowing It's in the Earnings Program FAQ.
The more that other myLot users interact with what you post, the more money it will make. If no one reads what you wrote, interacts with it, or otherwise considers it interesting, then you likely won't earn anything.

@yukimori Thanks. Kind of unfair is it not specially with the time zones. We Indians never get to be there when most of the community is active.
