What are your plans for the weekend?

I have a garden show to attend. I am looking forward to it. I hope I will get some good plants for cheap.. which is unlikely. I hope to see newer varieties of plants and otters.. I generally take ideas from there and create my own designs. What are your plans for the weekend?

I would've gone to a small trip this weekend but I had to cancel it due to bad weather. Enjoy the garden show, seek the best plant deals!

Besides making sure all the laundry is done, and starting to pack. I plan on just chilling out all weekend.

@sofssu We leaving Wed. morning and driving to West Texas to visit the kids and grandkids. But West Texas weather is so unpredictable, we have to pack summer and winter clothes. Do what?? Make him do his own laundry. Thanks, you too.

@TexanTornado Oh wow.. Hope you have a nice holiday. Are you excited to see your kids and grand kids.. I am sure you are.. My son doing his laundry.. he is here for a few hours on the weekend.,.. and I let him relax.. this final year is tough.. he is also doing a lot of research so has a lot of work to do. Besides he is too lazy to do all this.

@TexanTornado Are you going some place? On a holiday? Yeah I have truck loads of laundry to do.. son has come back from the college.. which means that. he has been away for two weeks. And that means so many clothes.. Have a great weekend.

I love anything to do with garden and plants ..I am sure you will have an enjoyable weekend. Today we have a festival called Sri Krishna Janmashtami i honor of Lord Krishna , so I will be busy ! Sunday is a day of rest and relaxation, at the most we go for a drive in the evening or to the beach !

@sofssu OW...thats sad ! Sea side is somehow very relaxing ..We have 4 beaches here and all of them are lovely, clean and not too crowded since this is a smaller city

I am not going anywhere exceot ti church and back home again. I never go anywhere much anyway on the weekends. I will come in here on Sunday, and spend a lot of time posting responses and comments.

My daughter is going to drop by today on her way to a wedding, to give my folks their birthday cards. This will be the usual lowkey weekend. The friend I usually go out and about with is busy with her daughter. I am going to work on my new stamp collection and my paint by number. ..do my usual weekly laundry. Maybe I'll bake cookies, not sure if my mother is planning to do that or not. My mom and I will play games, I'm sure. We like Phase 10, Skip-Bo, Kismet. Not exciting, but enjoyable. Your garden show sounds nice. I hope you find the plants you want!
