Why is it that myLot does not show us the age of every user?

Whenever you click on someone's profile there is a few information about the user. It says when they have signed up, what age they are, where they are from. But I noticed that there are some users that when you click on their profile, their age is not visible.
Does this have anything to do with the settings? I should check out settings now. Whatever...

They chose not to reveal their age, and that isokay. i never really check that anyway. I am just happy that others want to be my friend. I think I have my age displayed, as I don't care who knows how old I am. Not that I am proud of my age, it is just that, it doesn't matter, as if they want to be my frined, my age shouldn't matter one way or the other.

Maybe the person did not add their age to the profile.

There is an option on settings which allows us to not show our age. I checked it.

For me it's when some don't show their location.

Some are not liking to tell much about themselves to others..maybe a trust issue..I don't care and show my age...I have grandchildren your age!

Actually, that is not how you first met me. I have posted comments on your discussions and interacted with you even before that. Anyways, your username is so nice. KittyRose. I also like @cupkitties as well. I think this is because of the kitty inside the username.

@Rosekitty I don't own a feline pet. I did owe a feline in the past but even nowadays there are a few stranger cats wandering randomly in my yard. I like felines though, especially kitties.

not all users are comfortable with sharing their age and other personal details on line. It is good that the site offers a chance for members to withhold such details if they desire.

Perhaps because they decided to keep it secret,concealed.However I have no objection.I am here to interact and it has nothing to do with my age.And they don't show a member's gender as well.

I would presume that the option exists for a member to decide whether the age is displayed publicly or not. This would make sense since many people may prefer to remain completely anonymous.
Personally I see no point in hiding my age. I am an old man, so I may as well admit it because I cannot change the fact.
