My most embarrassing mistake ever.

For days in a row a friend drove by when I was walking home from a job I was doing, and gave me a lift most of the way home. I got quite used to it, and one day I hard a car pull up and the door open. I hopped in and sat down in the front passenger seat only to realize I was with a rather frightened total stranger. A girl on the pavement who he had really stopped for looked confused too. I apologized and jumped out. They drove off quickly probably thinking I was trying to hijack them or something

Wow - you must have really gotten used to this great car service! You didn't even take note of the driver or the car that pulled up to you (our Majesty's crown must have fallen over your eyes at that moment - ha ha). It's one of those moments that would've been great on video to land on one of those funny video shows!!

OMG! That is too funny. I am sure you too were a bit baffled by it all. But I would have loved to have been a fly in that car after they drove off.

I laughed out loud. My aunt did a very similar thing. When they were on holiday in Hawaii my uncle dropped her off to shop. It was a rented car and of course after shopping she did what you did. She jumped in a similar car that stopped by her. The driver was astonished and couldn't say anything. My uncle was in the car behind wondering what she was doing.

Thank God they fled. You would have been in deep trouble. Who would have believe you that you make a mistake?

This gave me a good laugh today! Oh wow I can't imagine how I would react if I did a mistake like that. And the stranger's reaction too.
