I am going to have to buy a new phone. For some reason I can't get any help on the problems I having with pictures. I just have to use it for swagbucks from now on. I am also not in the mood to stay with my carrier at this point. They were supposed to take the money right out of my account and three months straight they did not and shut me off. Well,if all is well next week I am buying a new phone. The problem is I can take picture but not send them to my email. It says sending to email and does not send.

I think they make cell phones to break in less than 2 years now to force you to buy more

That would be the case with mine being that I had it less that 2 years already. It is really sad to spend money like this over and over.

@sharon6345 yep, I shell out the extra five a month to have the replacement coverage. sad but true.

@Jessicalynnt I would not benefit from that due to the fact I am going to a new carrier this time around.

@Jessicalynnt is right. This is called "planned obsolescence". The manufacturers build the products with an artificially limited useful life, so you are obliged to buy a new product after a certain number of years. This is not only for the cell phones, but also for refrigerators, washing machines, freezers... just look around your kitchen and add more items.

The sad thing is the store can't help me get my phone fixed. I am just getting out now while I still can.

@sharon6345 I have noticed that in our days nobody can ever fix anything.

Well, inherently to the cell phone, my favorite brand, is Samsung. Take a look at the SAMSUNG GALAXY S6 (or maybe S6-edge). This is just a suggestion, then obviously, the decision is yours.

I wish I could afford that phone but no way would I spend that kind of money to buy one. They are over $500 here in NY.

I hope the phone goes down a little in price by the time I get ready to buy it.

@sharon6345 Be sure to shop for the lowest prices online! My husband and I did that with his cell phone and we ended up getting a great deal at Best Buy!

The samsung they have on sale is way too small for me or I would take it. I like bigger screens.

That would make me mad too. Have to have equipment that works or why bother and why pay?
