She Was Momentarily Berserk !

Today , my co-auditor suddenly went berserk with anger !
When I gave her back the document that came from Finance , because the general manager questions why the penalties were to be waived , she was so angry !
She threw the document at the floor and went on ranting ! Her anger was not for me but for the Finance Head who had the documents in her tray for almost one month and now it’s questioned !
After a while , she calmed down and that’s when I told her I was silently laughing at her when she suddenly threw the document and momentarily went berserk .
We both laughed out loud because she said , that’s how we Sagittarians get angry as we are both Sagittarian and I also had some moments like that before .
At least , after the outburst we cool down. Are you like us too when you get so angry ?

I will freeze if my co or my mate went berserk and can not even laugh in silence
When I get angry, I get totally lost in logical thinking, I might scream outloud nagging to show how angry I am but after that I would feel so sorry cause I might hurts someone with my words
Oh by the way, I am Libran

I didn't laugh out loud coz she might throw the document at me . But kidding aside , i was really so fascinated by her outburst , because i know anyway that it wasn't me she was angry at .
Oh you are a Libran . So a Libran gets angry like us Sagittarians also. But not like a berserk one .

I think I would be stunned if I get that reaction. And no I don't really have that sort of outbursts when I'm angry. I'm pretty good at hiding my anger (or any other emotion for that matter).

@cahaya1983 That's good then if you know how to channel your anger .

@SIMPLYD I didn't know that, but then again hiding your anger doesn't necessarily mean swallowing it. We just need to find a proper outlet to channel our anger, and not necessarily in front of people.

It is difficult for me to laugh if someone is getting mad the way you have described. I will observe him/her and then will try to pacify him. Anger is a natural emotion but your colleague getting so much angry and throwing the documents on floor would have been a shocking episode for me.

@SIMPLYD - Oh I see.
If you feel like you could pull up her legs by telling her that you are going to tell the boss about the entire episode.

@dpk262006 She's afraid i might tell my boss (i am directly reporting to her ) because it could be miscontrued that she got angry because she questioned her letter for approval.
But if i do , i will explain it to my boss to whom my co-auditor was really angry with . I am sure my boss will laugh out loud for her outburst . I always make her laugh with my stories . I love seeing her laugh that's why .

@SIMPLYD I was born in the cusp of Virgo and Libra. This has been primarily responsible for almost everything about my behavior. As per the cusp - the last day of Virgo is also the start of the first day of Libra...
I dont know if you would find anything on those books about being calm - but yes, it was a way I chose to be. Years back, in 1990s, I was the kind of person you would never have liked being with - unless you were honest, and much straightforward

@sofssu Yes, i am happy too , i am now able to control my temper .
I hate it before, when i had some of my outbursts at the office . Though , i compensated it with one way or another to those i have hurt during those times . So far, after that we were close again .
Though at the office most of us officers have our bouts of outbursts and shouting match already . But after that , we will all be good again with one another .

I have never lost my temper like that in the work place. It is disrespectful and makes you look like a child. I would not find it funny. I would be offended. But that was how I was raised. You keep your temper and composer in check when in the work force. Where I live, a fit like that would get someone fired.

@SIMPLYD I am glad you can handle the drama. I would never work in a place like that. If I seen that was allowed I would look for another job as soon as i could and leave.

I tend to hold my anger, but I am like a pressure-cooker and when there is too much vapor in it, it has to go out. I don't get berserk once a year, but it is memorable when it happens, and I never regret it. I don't know if it has something to do with astrology. I am an aquarius.

@ChesneyM I like this expression, "cool as a cucumber". I am a quiet volcano : people have to walk several times on my feet before I feel really angry and explode, and it happened to me maybe 6 or 7 times in my life for good reasons. You cannot stay always cool and take everything with humor, and a volcanic eruption can be efficient when it is rare.

@TiarasOceanView Oh yes, if you do that in public . At the office you can be given a verbal warning when it gets too much to handle.

@SIMPLYD The angry moments mostly does not continue .
That will be for some while
She might have realised her expression shown in front of your Finance Head .
Also she laughed at you in the meaning that she done a mistake and wants to apologize for the same
I think I am correctly guessed

I am a Sagittarius and I get that to a point. I don't just freak out. I will get angry for the time frame factor, but the logical human inside me goes over the document with a fine tooth comb. I always find the problems. However, if the same thing is repeated I will get angry. Knowing I know the document is 100 percent correct. But, I mostly get spiteful.

I hole it until there is so much I let loose. I think your way is probably healthier because holding onto anger can cause physical problems.
