I found this article online. I was looking for one that Dr. Phil had talked about but I must have not heard him right. He said it was a app that you can put on your phone and if you are in a situation and need help. You press a button three times and it will send a pre-written and addressed plea for help. Couldn't find that one but found this article:

Hmm... the app that Dr. Phil described sounds really cool! That could be useful to men as well. Who knows what can happen these days in this world. It's crazy out here!

Anything that works that way is useful. It's also useful to alert the surroundings with a whistle or an alarm. In case help is close!
