Beginning of My Weight Loss Journey

So recently I have started my own weight loss journey, don't know what else to call it, and I am pretty happy that I am pushing myself to do this. While I didn't gain an insane amount of weight when I was pregnant, I did put on some weight. I really just want to fit in smaller clothes so I don't have to keep buying new clothes when I can barely buy new ones I need now and in big sizes. But with the plan I have been sticking to I am hoping that I can reach my goal. What I am doing is this workout routine called T25 Focus I believe. I may be wrong but it is definitely T25. These are intense 25 minute work outs that really do make you WORK. I am supposed to be doing one a day according to the schedule that I have with the videos but I do 2 and try to go for a walk/run every day. Along with that I have started eating smaller portions and have been opting for healthier meals when I can. I also have been drinking way more water which I should have been doing everyday anyway. Lastly, because these workouts are so intense and can make you so sore, I do yoga at night to help my muscles and stuff stretch, which I am in desperate need of right now. I plan on getting garnicia cambogia pills and a night time fat burning supplement as well that will help me burn fat while I sleep. The thing I have been trying to do lately is like find recipes for food and drinks that are more healthy, help burn fat, and/or detox I guess. I would love to know if you guys know any that I could try. Has anyone else been on a weight loss journey? What do you do that seems to work?

Even though I walk towards weight loss, that frequent journey is always short lived. Its like having food in small portions, short journeys - but quite frequent has done the job for me
