Where in the world would you like to live?

Where in the world would you like to live? If you could move anywhere in the world where would you move to? I know where I would move to from the UK. The UK is ok but it’s too cold and often too wet. Where would you move if you could?

I'd still rather live here in New Zealand than anywhere else in the world, but maybe just a little further north and beside the sea.

I might consider Cornwall. Or just stay along the New England coast. I am happiest near the ocean and rocky beaches. Of course, lately I am thinking about North Dakota. I like snow, though, most people don't.

@valmnz So are mine! Hey, maybe we're related. The most prominent family in my Cornwall heritage was the YEO family. The males tended to marry into rich families, so there are a lot of branches.

@Rollo1 mine were simply from chalk country. I'd rather they had been pirates or smugglers

I know what you mean, it must be horrible in Sacramento right now, the haze up here in Chico is bad.

@kevin1877uk I just checked the air quality. The AQI is at 106, which isn't good at all. So you're currently in Chico? You're about an hour away from me!

A year here, a year there, so I could get to know lots of places. Of course, that would, among other things, require having no cats.

I have never visited New Zealand, but I am sure that it is a safe and nice clean country with nice weather and where I have a great friend @valmnz.

I like to do the rich do. Have a place in a tropical area for vacations, a place in Scotland or Ireland and one or two here in the US. I have done some traveling and I like where I live very much. It is great programs, is scenically wonderful and has a lot to offer.

If I could, I would love to move to some place where there is lots of greenery around, lots of sunshine, and a good peaceful environment. Switzerland would have been all okay and great but going by the fact that it is more cold, it will not ge all great for my arthritis. Most likely that New Zealand can fit the bill.

If I really had to quit Ireland I suppose Italy would be ok but I'd really rather just stay here.
