Honestly Speaking

Since last four years I have been an employee in a company.Everyday I get up at 5 a.m.,get ready and by 9.30 a.m. leave for my workplace.
Let me be more honest, friends. To say that I get up as early as 5 a.m. is not true. The truth is that I am a late riser and I compel myself to leave bed.Left to myself,I would prefer to keep myself lying and enjoy a sound nap for the next one or two hours.
There are many other good things that I do,but would like to avoid if it is left on me.
Let me confess my weaknesses honestly.

I hate getting up that early as well, everything is done before i go to bed, but I get up at 445 and have to be at work by 6, so I leave myself like 25 min in the morning to get up and out the door.

@else34 That's a very good habit to have in the morning, I am not sure I have the discipline for something like that, or the coordination that early

That's okay . Your office time is still at 9:30 a.m. I suppose your travel time is short .
I also wake up on weekdays to prepare for work, at 5:00 a.m. I don't waste time waking up the moment my phone alarm rings, lest i will be late for work . I have to be out of the house by 7:20 to take a public ride , or else i would be late for the office time of 8:00 a.m.

@SIMPLYD,My office is just 10 kms. from my house.I go there by bike.It takes me not more than 10 minutes to reach, because at that time in the morning there is almost no traffic on the road.If I don't leave bed at 5 a.m.,I won't be able to take my regular exercises and yoga.

@sweetroses/Charmaine Rose Galavia, actually if I don't leave bed at 5 a.m.,then I won't get time for physical exercises and yoga.It takes me more than one hour to do yoga with breathing exercises [pranayam].
