Honestly Speaking

Since last four years I have been an employee in a company.Everyday I get up at 5 a.m.,get ready and by 9.30 a.m. leave for my workplace. Let me be more honest, friends. To say that I get up as early as 5 a.m. is not true. The truth is that I am a late riser and I compel myself to leave bed.Left to myself,I would prefer to keep myself lying and enjoy a sound nap for the next one or two hours. There are many other good things that I do,but would like to avoid if it is left on me. Let me confess my weaknesses honestly.

Since you don't leave for work until 9:30am, there's no need to get up at 5am.

@sishy,actually after getting up I get fresh, take some physical exercises especially yoga, enjoy a cold bath and all this takes me nearly three hours.I take physical exercises and do yoga with pranayam [ breathing exercise ] for about an hour.

@else34 Good thing you don't have to leave for work any earlier or you will be getting up in the middle of the night...

I hate getting up that early as well, everything is done before i go to bed, but I get up at 445 and have to be at work by 6, so I leave myself like 25 min in the morning to get up and out the door.

@Jessa Lyn,physical exercises and yoga take a lot of time, nearly an hour and a half.If I don't get up that early.I won't be able to continue with my routine habit of taking exercise.

@else34 That's a very good habit to have in the morning, I am not sure I have the discipline for something like that, or the coordination that early

@sweetroses/Charmaine Rose Galavia, actually if I don't leave bed at 5 a.m.,then I won't get time for physical exercises and yoga.It takes me more than one hour to do yoga with breathing exercises [pranayam].

@else34 Oh so you'll have to do first your daily regimen, such a good practice doing it before work.Feeling energized as you go to work, isn't it?

That's okay . Your office time is still at 9:30 a.m. I suppose your travel time is short . I also wake up on weekdays to prepare for work, at 5:00 a.m. I don't waste time waking up the moment my phone alarm rings, lest i will be late for work . I have to be out of the house by 7:20 to take a public ride , or else i would be late for the office time of 8:00 a.m.

@SIMPLYD,My office is just 10 kms. from my house.I go there by bike.It takes me not more than 10 minutes to reach, because at that time in the morning there is almost no traffic on the road.If I don't leave bed at 5 a.m.,I won't be able to take my regular exercises and yoga.
