Fare Thee Well Sparky.

I have a feeling sometimes that the people I hang around with are not right in the head. Make no mistake, I'm not either. But sometimes the amount of time we waste trying to humiliate, insult, and mess with each other seems inappropriate to the amount of time we try and instill good will among our fellow man. Sometimes I silently vow to be the champion of change for our misfit crew. Then this happens. I was invited to a bonfire party from one of the morons 'r' us group. It seems he has made a home made flamethrower. Which is cool on the surface. Until he tells us HOW he learned to make it. "I made one just like it in a video game once. It'll be fine, trust me". If there's one thing you can be absolutely sure of it's that if any of my friends say "TRUST ME", you cannot, under any circumstances, trust them. Ever. I quickly said goodbye to my erroneous thoughts of goodwill towards men and quickly decided to charge my video camera to catch the carnage. And maybe a million YouTube hits. I want to say "Nice knowing you" in advance. We shall forever remember you from now on as "Sparky".

So you hang around with a bunch of rednecks? Nothing good EVER comes after a redneck says "Trust me" or "Hey y'all, watch this"!

@spleendingo1 By the way, I think that you should have just gone with the excuse that I readily provided about being rednecks. I somehow think that knowing and doing it anyway makes you worse than rednecks, and I was not sure that we even possible.

@purplealabaster That's what I mean. I KNEW it was wrong to admit it, but I did anyway lmao I just didn't want you to mistake me for someone who's idea of fun is a mud race with my sister/wife lol

@spleendingo1 Oh no! I imagine his ego was a git bruised, especially in front of his friends.

@simone10 Yeah, but we do that to each other all the time. So we're used to bruised egos and hurt feelings lol

The only thing that got hurt was the ego of the dude who built this thing that resembled what an 8 year old would make for a craft project at his "special" school lol

So tell me, was he drunk when he made the flame thrower or was he sober? Of course I am sure he was quite drunk when he tried it out.
