35 Yup, in a minute there will be dozens of discussions on this new feature. I'm trying to be the first to come up with that - before Lamb if possible. Have you noticed the new feature to earn on here? I saw it from my bank - yeah, I do look at my bank very often. I can't wait to find out if it's something I'd be interested in as another way to earn on here.

But at least I've heard a few from the States were able to complete some offers successfully.

Yours is the first post I have seen about it and so you get my comment. But first I had to look at them. I think it's a good sign of future economic health for the site. It's a bit like the Swagbucks offers where you are paid for signing up for this or that. Not like the old tasks in the old myLot. Something I will have to consider carefully.

Wow, what planet have I been on? I didn't even know about this until reading about it on your post here! I just checked and nothing is there yet. Well, if it's anything like what they do on SB, then we're certainly experienced with that stuff!

@sishy7 I checked again - nothing yet. I wonder what kind of offers they are offering?

@sishy7 Oh wait, I take that back! I just found out from the Lamb where to look for the offers - I had only been looking in the $ area! So looks like I have 99, but have not checked them out. Ok, let's see what I can do . . .

Mine says 101 offers but I don't think any is available for my location. You, on the other hand, are in the States and nothing is listed for you? Well, looks like they don't want most of us to take up the offers.

Didn't they have columns one the old site to separate earnings from discussions and tasks? I don't like the way it's currently set up on the page, but I suppose I'll get used to it. My guess based on the wording on the offer earnings page is that they're going to be running offers similar to Swagbucks and other sites like it. Heck, I'm not that picky about where I earn from. If they offer approximately the same as other sites I'm on (or more) I'd be happy to do them here.

Yep, pretty much like Swagbucks. The actual offers are available at
An enormous discussion board, blogging community, questions and answers hub, social network and online hangout all wrapped up into one neat little package.

@yukimori Yes, I eventually found where the actual offers were. I had not seen it when I posted this discussion - all I wanted was to post it as quickly as I could when I first noticed the offers before anyone else posted about it. And so far I think I may have been succeeded in being the first; the next discussion about it was only a minute later than this one... I'm so weird, as if anyone cares about that, huh?

@sishy7 Having done the same thing with a couple of my discussions, I guess we'll just have to resign ourselves to being a couple of weirdos.

Best thing you can do is delete all 106 of them, they either don't apply to those outside of the US, or result in a very hard-sell from a very pushy sales person.

You don't have to delete them, though! You can ignore that tab, or be just as pushy back to the salesman! Haven't you ever beaten a salesman at his own game before? I find doing that FUN! I especially like their expression when they realize they aren't getting any of my money!

Yes I have seen them. I have started going through them, but so far not interested in any of them. I hope I find something in there, as it might help me earn faster, but then I still like he interaction, so I would rather do that instead of going through the offers.

@sishy7 That is to bad too. I had over 100, and just about all of them, I deleted, as they werent free, but I was able to do a few of the ones I had left and made $.13 cents, which isn't all that much, but more than what I started with for sure.

Wait, I see date in the bottom of each offer, what is it mean? Is it due date of offer? It's September 19, but all offers are September 17 and under. Is it means they are expired?

I tried to look at that feature yesterday afternoon when it appeared on my tabs under Me, but it wouldn't open then... Later yesterday I found a discussion started by @TiarasOceanView discussing it, so tried again. It opened the second time I tried, but the first screen of Offers seemed to be targeting women? (possibly men) but not me, in particular. So I closed it up and went on. There are entirely too many discussions I WANT to join here to waste my time on something I either don't understand or am not interested in viewing... Did I miss something I should have noticed there? Did you beat Lamb (Who is Lamb? Have I met him/her here by another name, perhaps?) in getting your discussion out there?

@DaddyEvil Be careful not getting even more tangled up while visiting him. His threads are always popular - there's one when he got close to 100 responses I believe and I could only imagine his pain of trying to interact with each one of them. Yeah, he lives where the white squirrels are. As far as I know, he notices everything on myLot; he's been here since the beginning of this site back in 2006. I actually didn't have the traffic in mind when I posted this discussion. I don't know how different it would be. I was just casually testing if I would be the first to post a discussion on a topic that would potentially make a lot of rounds.

Lamb is just some guy typing - I'm sure you've met him. Never mind, I don't think you've missed anything crucial if you didn't notice something from my discussion. It's just that there seems to be some kind of a trend on here - when a new feature is introduced, the Most Recent tab will be flooded with discussions on the same topic of it. When I first noticed the Offers, I didn't see any new discussion on it yet; so I hurriedly typed up this discussion hoping that I'd be the first.

@sishy7 OH! You mean @PhredWreck ! Yes, I spent a good chunk of the day yesterday teasing him! He was going to invite me over for coffee and a visit because he thought I lived close to him! (I did his thread like I do everyone else's. I kept talking to anyone who left a comment I was interested in.) One of the comments was about a town that had white squirrels in it. I said that the town six miles away from my town had white squirrels, too, and said the town even had laws that if you hit a squirrel that ran right under your wheels, you would go to jail... (Something close to that, at any rate.) So that made PhredWreck think I lived close to him since the town they were talking about was not too far from where he lives. Anyway, I wonder how come he usually notices things first? That could be odd if it happens very often... I have seen that type of pattern several times, though. Every time I have seen it, it meant the same thing, too... I recognize it because I do it on a couple of other sites. I saw that pattern on Bubbs, too... Very interesting! Thank you for the information, sishy7. Oh, I am glad you beat him getting this thread up! Did you receive more traffic on this one than you normally would if you put it up later?

Hmmm... I responded to this discussion and had no problem... I commented to one of the other responses and it double posted. I commented on another response and it double posted. I refreshed my page and deleted one of each of those comments. I refreshed my page and both sets of comments from me disappeared. HELP! @GoAskAlice

Be careful when deleting comments. They do sometimes appear to double when they are in fact the same, as do original posts. It is an issue that comes up when scrolling. It is being looked in to and will hopefully be dealt with in the next major upgrade.

@GoAskAlice Thank you for that information! I had no clue I might be deleting my response/comment... I thought I was helping keep the site clean by disposing of an accidental double post. I will remember that next time!

Nothing is available in my country as well so it is disappointing. Oh well, back to the typing board again. I just hope they will resume the referral earnings very soon since I know a lot of people who are willing to do this just to get additional income.
