It's Going to be Difficult Today!

Obviously I planned on still working out and being super active today, BUT it is going to be harder to do it as well and fast as I'd like. Yesterday I was up for 20 hours straight mainly because of my son. On top of that I only got to sleep for like 6 hours last night so getting myself to do what I want will be a bit difficult! Wish me luck.

Your son and your health are more important . Take your time . You can always catch up anytime you are so free already .

This is the first time I have actually gone through and kept up with my weight loss plan so I don't like to mess it up if I can avoid it

I had a hard day at the gym as well this morning and I feel muscle pain everywhere. I hope you can stay active and do your workout. We don't have to pressure ourselves too much when we are already tired.

Good luck, Ivelisse! I had a day like that yesterday. I had to finish a lot of work before going on vacation AND had to finish it "early" to go to the airport to pick my girlfriend up. I had to wake up sooner than usual, didn't get a lot of sleep, and was running all day. It all worked out, somehow (not quite as I expected, but wasn't a disaster either). In the end, I was so tired that I just lied down and slept for hours. I left home at 09h and got back home at 22h, with a full day! How did your day go? Were you able to accomplish everything you wanted to do? I hope so! Regards!
