It's time to stop, breathe and think!

I have been doing waking up early in the morning, and seem like doing a lot of things, but I feel there are many things undone. There are 3 work projects that are still hanging there, there are still piles of unread and unorganized emails in my inbox, there are still many unfinished handwork projects, and there are still uncompleted homeschooling lessons plan waiting to be done. Ugh... and also a clutter home waiting for me to declutter and organize. My daily meditation challenge is missing too. Though I seem like doing a lot, I just keep doing but not sitting down and think. This makes my life more chaotic actually. After once in a while, I always stop and think, and plan out what I need and want to do, then only I will feel the peace and find the balance again. Now, it seems like my mind is very chaotic now, it's time for me to stop, breath and think. Do you always stop and think? * At first, I wanted to write the title as "stop, look and go". I just found a website with the name "Stop, Breath & Think". It's actually a free tool for meditation. You can check it out here if you are interested:
A simple, fun and free mindfulness and compassion building tool, available for iOS, Android and Web.

Sometimes we just have to ask if the activities are necessary or if they should form the priority in our life. I like to focus on one or two activities at the same time, and not more than that.

I am learning to be more focus, but that's really one of my big weaknesses. That's why I always need to take time to stop, think and plan ahead.

We need that periodic break to look at ourselves from a distance and assess the situation.

Yes, I agree with that. I'd like to do that everyday, but I usually do it when I sense there's a need for it.

I take a moment, early in the morning, to sit down and plan my day. It helps a lot to be organized.

Yes, I think that too. Sometimes if we just keep doing and going, we tend to lose our direction easily.

It is important to stop and plan your next move when things get hectic. It helps to just get away from it all for a moment

Yes, you are right. I always do that once in a while when I lose my balance, it always helps.

Yes. You are absolutely correct. I practice it. It is very useful for stable mind and thinking also.

That's really good. I am still in the thinking and planning process.
