I don't know if you're happy or not with the job you have in present. but I'm curious to know what would make you want to change the job you have? what kind of advantages

I think money is the only reason I do work and that is the only reason I would change the job. I won't change the job if i am happy with people. but for the sake of money you have to change any way. that being said, i personally think money, people and job satisfaction plays important role.

yes i think so.money earning is not major one.job satisfaction also very important than money.

@ideapower yes there are many factors that we should consider when we decide to change our job. one of them would be job satisfaction. the other would be money. last but not least I think we should also consider the amount of free time that we get
