Low sleeping hours a day

Now a days so many youngsters do their work in night time only.because they thing day time is full of noise and no free time .but sleeping is very important to our body as well as mind.minimum 7 hours sleeping is important to us.without rest we can not achieve any thing.so guys please take rest in night time.

I agree with you. Sleeping enough is very important. Sometimes I don't get enough sleep and I feel terrible at work the next day. It just makes things a lot harder when I don't get enough sleep.

Even as an adult we tend to forget this. I have a hard time sleeping as it is so I am lucky if I get 4 hours of sleep in one night, though I do take a nap some days as well. Right now tho it is almost 3 am. I am going to bed at 3 and at least hope I can sleep. I took some daytime meds for this cold I have so maybe ill sleep better, and the kids are gone so I am able to sleep in a little as well
