home work to students

In many schools teachers give home work not for student for parents like chart making,models making.K.G student's parents suffer more for this kind of habit.If it is relevant one?

It does not happen in all schools...I guess some schools believe in cramming the children from KG classes rather than do things much more intelligently and effectively..

Its actually quite a wrong thing to do. Any such activity should be conducted and completed within the classes itself! As it is, parents are now working (both of them) and it could be really hectic for them to do all this at home! They should be only entrusted with helping their kids in maths and science and language. Craft is not only time consuming but resource consuming too and with the high fees that schools charge nowadays, these things must be dealt with in the school premises only.

It surely is a hassle to the parent. The kids are unable to cope with the homework of their own, naturally the parents have to complete the project and hand it over to the school.
