When you look in the mirror, are you satified with what you see?

That's always been a hard one for a lot of people. It's not "do you like what you see physically", it's do you like the PERSON you see? Have you been good to people? Have you shown kindness? Have you listened when someone needed it?

This is so very important because there comes a time when you have to face yourself and if you have not been kind, it is very regretful.

That's what I mean when I asked if you are happy or satisfied with what you see, it's not what you look like but the person you are inside

@happytails I think on the whole I am more inclined to think that I have in general been compassionate to others, but then have reacted to their meanness to me in a very bad way, but why wouldnt I? haha

We exist due to our physical body. So,I think its not always possible to stay happy looking in the mirror since people would always regret if they don't see what they expect to be. But we can experience joy only if we understand and accept the reality as well as realise that, yes, we are alive!
