To summarize daily learning

recently , i am insist on learning everyday ! it makes me more confidence to do well my work .
it is time to me to summarize what i have learn for those days.
1.mo matter what you do, to be professional in your industry is really important . so i still need to take more time to familiar my products.
2.finding our more ways to solve a problem is a good habit too , which remind us to think more when put it into practice.
3. before i reply email to my customers , try to find more information about them , the more ,the easier deal.

Well there is a good summary about how to handle things when it becomes to customers the way you have it explains makes alot of sense
