Not Drinking Cold Water Since 2009!

I went into the BPO industry in 2009 and since then I think that's when I almost totally stopped drinking cold water. I don't remember the last time I drank cold water voluntarily (except during really hot summers or when left with no other choice). I don't drink anything too hot too except when I'm sick or eat soup during the cold season. Cold water is bad for your voice especially if you are a singer or work where your voice is always used. It's one of the big no-no's of speakers/singers. Wouldn't want to damage the vocal cords or something... When I eat out I choose to drink tepid or normal temperature water. I always opt to not have any ice put in my drinks, even sodas. I do drink cold beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages but I rarely drink them nowadays so I don't think they'd count. How about you, can you live without drinking cold water? Or is it a staple whenever you eat?
